血清胱抑素C与早期高血压肾损害的相关性研究
Study on correlation of cystatin C and early hypertensive kidney injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of cystatin C (Cys C) in early diagnosis of hypertension and analyze its correlation with hypertensive kidney injury.Methods Seventy -eight patients with hypertension were selected.According to endogenous creatintne clearance rate (Ccr),they were divided into group A (n =32,normal Ccr) and group B (n =46,Ccr＜80 mL/min),and 30 healthy people diagnosed by physical examination at the same term were also selected as group C.The changes of serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),β2 (β2-MG) and Cys C levels were observed in 3 groups.Results The levels of Ser,BUN and β2-MG in group A were obviously lower than those in group B,but the levels of BUN and Cys were markedly higher than those in group C.The levels of Scr,BUN,Cys C and β2-MG in group B were all higher than those in group C notably.Spearman correlation analysis demonstrated that Cys C in group A was positively associated with Scr and BUN.Cys C and β2-MG in group B were also positively associated with Scr and BUN.Conclusion Serum Cys C is significantly related to kidney injury,so it can be considered as an early diagnostic index for hypertensive kidney injury.关键词
