摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and study the comprehensive effect of artificial hip replacement on elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods 49 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures and treated with internal fixation in our hospital from November 2010 to April 2012 were selected as control group,49 cases treated with artificial hip replacement at the same time were selected as observation group,then the function state evaluation results with different Garden type,operation time,hospitalization time,activity time,re-operation rate and incidence of short-term and long-term complications of two groups were compared.Results The function state score of the observation group with different Garden type were all better than those of the control group,hospitalization time and activity time were shorter than those of the control group,reoperation rate and incidence of short-term and long-term complications were all lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).However,the operation time of two groups showed no significant difference (P ＞0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive effect of artificial hip replacement on elderly patients with femoral neck fractures is better than that of internal fixation,and the controlling of complications is better too.关键词
