无乳糖奶粉联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效分析
Clinical analysis of milk powder free of lactose combined with clostridium butyricum powder in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of milk powder free of lactose combined with clostridium butyricum powder in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis.Methods One hundred and eighty-seven children with diarrhea were randomly divided into groups A,B,C.Group A was treated conventionally together with breast milk or common formulas,group B was given clostridium butyricum powder on the basis of treatment in group A and group C was fed with milk powder free of lactose based on the treatment of group B and free of other lactose products.The treatment continued for three days after the disappearance of diarrhea.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,hospital stays,levels of interleukin 8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) in serum and defecation,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of three groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospital stays in groups B and C were significantly shorter than those in group A,in which the decreased time in group C was the most significant.The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in serum and defecation in three groups significantly reduced after treatment,in which the reduction of group C was the most remarkable.The recurrence rate of group A was obviously higher than that of groups B and C in three months,while that of group B was slightly higher than group C.During treatment,the adverse reactions related to drugs were not be found in three groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,the combination of milk powder free of lactose and clostridium butyricum powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis can effectively shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospital stays,relieve the enteritis and reduce the recurrence rate with good safety.关键词
