Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of pulmicort inhalation treatment on patients with asthma and hypertension.Methods Ninety-three patients with asthma and hypertension were divided into combination treatment group (n =47) and control group (n =46).Both groups were given conventional treatment,during which time the treatment group was treated with pulmicort inhalation.Clinical symptoms,FEV1％,blood pressure and adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,clinical symptoms improved and FEV1％ in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Clinical adverse reactions and blood pressurc showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Based on anti-infection,expectorant,bronchodilator agents and oxygen,controlling blood pressure,pulmicort inhalation treatment obviously improve patients' clinical symptoms and quality of life.Blood pressure control is not affected,and fewer adverse reactions occur.It is worth clinical application.关键词
