摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Forty-three patients infected with advanced non-small cell lung cancer from Jun 2012 to Apr 2013 in oncology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.The control group was applied with mitomycin and cisplatin,and the treatment group with docetaxel and cisplatin.After 2 treatment courses,the two groups were compared in terms of curative effect,score of life quality and safety.Results The total efficacy rate was 68.18％,obviously higher than that of the control group(42.86％) (P＜0.01).Score of life quality and incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group were better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Thus it is worthy of promotion.关键词
