摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin therapy in treating children with purpura and purpura nephritis.Methods Children with purpura and purpura nephritis were selected and randomly divided into observation group given methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin and control group given methylprednisolone.Then purpura-related blood index and renal function-related index were compared between the two groups.Results BAFF,PAIgG,PAIgM,PAIgA and Scr,BUN 24 h urinary protein of the observation group were markedly lower than those of the control group,and hemoglobin,Ccr,PLT count were markedly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin therapy has positive clinical value for it can effectively improve immune function and renal function关键词
