Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of ropivacaine with different concentrations by subarachnoid block in anesthesia of uterine-incision delivery operation. Methods One hundred ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ women for scheduled cesarean section were randomly divided into heavy proportion of liquid group(group Ⅰ,n =50) and gravity liquid group(group Ⅱ,n =50).Variations of BP and HR after anestha, the onset time of sensory block,max-plane of sensory block and time taken reaching max-plane of sensory block, score of max-motor block and time to max-motor block, effect of anesthesia, adverse reaction during operation were observed and recorded. Results BP of three groups decreased 5,10 mins after anesthesia.Group Ⅰ (5,10 min) and Ⅱ (5 min) were lower than pro-anaestha (P < O.05),and there was statistical significance between groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in onset time of sensory block,max-plane of sensory block, requirement times, time to max-motor block between two groups.Score of max-motor block of group Ⅰ was higher than that of group Ⅱ.There was no statistical significance between groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Effect of anesthesia of group Ⅰ was better than that of group Ⅱ (P< 0.05).There was no statistical significance in postoperative adverse reactions. Conclusion The same proportion of ropivacaine by subarachnoid block has more strengthened controllability, unaffected by body location of patients, has less influence upon blood pressure and breath, and is safe and applicable. It is worth clinical popularization.关键词
