摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate cervical erosion incidence of differently aged women. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to the data of 2015 cases aged between 25 and 64 which were obtained from July to December 2008 in women from Bali.Based on the difference of age, they were grouped. The incidence of cervical erosion and the degree of cervical erosion were compared. Results A total of 2015 cases were detected and 871 cases were found to be with cervical erosion, amounting for 43.23% (871/2015),among whom the highest detection rate aged between 25 to 34 years, amounting for 63.80 %,followed by the group aged between 45 to 54,the detection rate being 42.40 %.Among the 871 cases of cervical erosion patients, the number of those with mild erosion was 705 (80.94 %),moderate erosion 106 (12.17 %),and severe erosion 60(6.89%).Among those aged between 35 and 44,moderate erosion and severe erosion were 13.46% and 10.58% respectively, the degree of erosion being the most serious of all ages. Conclusion Women aged between 25 to 34 years old make a group at high risk of cervical erosion.Gyneacological census can help early detect and propose effective interventions for cervical erosion, and is an effective way to improve women's health.关键词
