促性腺激素释放激素激动剂预防子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后复发的临床观察
Clinical observation of GnRH-a in preventing the recurrence of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods One hundred and eight patients with endometriosis who received laparoscopic surgery and pathological diagnosis were chosen and analysed.Among them,54 were given laparoscopic surgery and other 54 were intramuscularly injected with diphereline.Follow-ups were given to all patients.The therapeutic effect and recurrences of both groups were observed and compared.Results Symptoms in both groups decreased evidently to a certain degree after treatment,and the treatment combined with diphereline could increase remission and conception rate and decrease recurring rate,indicating a significant difference in both groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with drugs can achieve satisfactory effect in the treatment of endometriosis patients,while combined with GnRH-a can further improve curative effect and reduce the recurring and conception rate as well as adverse reactions to relieve patients' pain,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
