IGBT数值模型及其损耗规律研究
Research on a New Physical Model and Power Loss Regularity Analysis of IGBT
摘要
Abstract
We simplify the IGBT transient model based on the Hefner Model.Then we apply this simplified model to the test Circuit,and get the solution using Matlab.We compare the switc hing dynamic process with the Hefner model to verify the correctness.At last,we get the variation regularity of the loss of the IGBT under different load currents.And we get the qualitative analysis of the loss variation regularity.关键词
