Abstract
Objective:To review and summarize the clinical experience and understanding on the diagnosis and treatment of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis.Methods:19 patients (8 male and 11 female),whose pathological diagnosis were histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis,were retrospectively analyzed.Age group was 19～45 years,with a mean of 22 years.Course of disease lasted from 2 weeks to 3 months.Variable numbers of cervical lymph nodes adenopathy was the most prominent syndrome.Hormone therapy was the first choice.Results:19 cases of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis patients with cervical lymphadenopathy were improved after hormone therapy,15 patients with fever and elevated ESR,13 cases with leucopenia included.Conclusion:Young person with unexplained cervical lymphadenopathy,fever,leukopenia,ESR,invalid with antibiotic therapy and effective response to hormone therapy can be used as the main reference for the diagnosis of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis.关键词
