Microneurosurgical technique in treatment of traumatic intraparenchymal hematomas
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the superiority of microneurosurgical operation in the treatment of intraparenchymal hematomas.Methods The clinical data of 22 patients underwent microneurosurgical operation in our hospital,compared with the 25 patients by the conventional surgery,were analyzed retrospectively.Results One month later GOS of these patients showed that in the group of microneurosurgical operation,15 patients got good recovery,4 were moderately disabled,2 severely disabled and Ⅰ died.In the group of conventional surgery,9 patients got good recovery,8 were moderately disabled,5 severely disabled and 3 died.Conclusion Using microneurosurgical technique can enhance the curative effect,decrease the post-operative complications and reduce the morbidity.关键词
