摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the serum sodium levels change in the severe traumatic brain injury(STBI) patients and explore the relationship between sodium levels and prognosis in the severe traumatic brain injury patients.Method 38 STBI patients,according to the serum soduim level change observed in the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th hospital day,they were divided into group A,group B and group C.They were subdevided into normal,mild,moderate and severe group.The relationship between sodium levels with prognosis and GCS score were explored.Result They were negative correlation between sodium levels and GCS scores.Conclusion The patient's serum sodium level is closely related to its progression and prognosis and should be our attention.关键词
