Practice of Improving Yarn Quality by aQura Tester
摘要
Abstract
Methods of using aQura tester to improve yarn quality were discussed.Effect of neps and short fiber content on yarn quality was analyzed.Changes of neps and short fiber content in picking,carding and combing were tested by aQura tester.Processing data were optimized accordingly.Finally yarn quality can be improved,spinning cost can be saved,working efficiency can be increased.It is considered that application of aQura tester is very important for yarn quality control.关键词
