马铃薯青枯病高效拮抗菌的筛选、鉴定及其生物效应
Screening and identifying antagonistic bacteria against Ralstonia solanacearum and their biological control effects on bacterial wilt of potato

Abstract
In this study,140 bacterial strains (bacterial antagonists against Ralstonia solanacearum)were isolated from rhizosphere soil of potato,tomato,eggplant and banana.Twenty four strains of bacterial antagonists were isolated with inhabiting zone diameter against R.solanacearum more than 15 mm.Based on the results of morphologic characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA,the strains(LH23 and LH36)with inhabiting zone diameter of their single colony and cell-free filtrate against four R.solanacearum strains more than 20 mm,were all identified as Bacillus sp..Through application of the two antagonists(LH23 and LH36)and their derived bio-organic fertilizers(BIO23 and BIO36)in pot experiment,their promotion effect on potato plants and control efficiency on bacterial wilt disease were tested.All of the two isolates and their derived bio-organic fertilizers could promote the growth of potato plants and suppress potato from bacterial wilt disease.Among of them,BIO23 showed the best effect on increasing the fresh weight of shoot and preventing the disease.The fresh weight of shoot of LH23,LH36,BIO23 and BIO36 increased by 100.5%,116.5%,711.3% and 695.7%,respectively,compared with the chemical fertilizer control,and the control efficiency of LH23,LH36,BIO23 and BIO36 were 85.1%,82.1%,100% and 100%,respectively.关键词
