摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction on small molecule metabolites in plasma of patients with angina pectoris of heart-blood stasis syndrome pattern, and explore its possible mechanisms from the point metabonomics. Methods Using hydro-nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) spectrometer, micromolecular metabolites (MM) in plasma of patients with angina pectoris were detected after Xuefuzhuyu decoction therapy, the findings were compared with that in healthy controls. The MM of each group was analyzed by carrpurcell-meiboom-gill (CPMG) and the principal components analysis (PCA) was used to study the changes. Results The MM differences in the patients before and after therapy were significant, and that was also a significant difference as compared with the healthy controls, the samples were distributed in totally different area.Compared with healthy controls and the patients after therapy, the plasma levels of lactic acid, histidine, alanine, glucose, and very low density lipoprotein in the patients before therapy were obviously high (F =203.175-848.797,P<0.01),and plasma leucine, threonine, and citric acid were low (F=183.508-1 195.695,P<0.01); the difference of metabolites between healthy controls and the patients after treatment was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction plays its therapeutic action is likely through regulating metabolism of carbohydrate, lipids and amino acid, making metabolic balance in the organism.关键词
