Abstract
The pulse adding has been used in super-large pulsed power machines in order to achieve extremely high output power by overcoming the physical limitations of a single pulsed power generator.The inductive voltage adding is an effective way to improve the system flexibility,compactness,and easiness of maintenance.The linear transformer driver (LTD) is a relatively new technology of pulsed power generation based on the concept of pulse adding.In addition,solid-state LTD has further extended this technology to "smart pulsed power" by introducing the functions of arbitrary waveform synthesis and logical response to the load behavior.关键词
