Study on the Separating Method of Cordyceps militaris Spawn for Industrial Production
摘要
Abstract
The industrial production of Cordyceps militaris developed rapidly,but it also exists some problems,such as low spawn yields,non-production of fruiting bodies etc..The industrial products of Cordyceps militaris were investigated with head tissue isolation and spore separation methods.The results showed that head tissue isolation method could be used for the industrial production of Cordyceps militaris.The spore separation method could increase cordyceps production about 13％ and the cultivation cycle was shorten about 7 d which could improve the production and shorten the cultivation time of Cordyceps militaris,thereby reducing the cost of industrial production.关键词
