水势梯度对盆栽小麦生长发育特性的影响
Effects of Water Potential Gradient on Wheat Growth and Development Characteristics

Abstract
Taken the Canadian Winter Wheat 2 as the research material,several characteristics,including the plant height,inter-node length,ear length,leaf area per plant,fresh and dry weight,SOD and POD activity of flag leaf of potted winter wheat,were studied with the different soil water potential gradient,named 23%,18%,15% and13%.The results showed that,the morphological indexes of "Canadian winter wheat 2" were influenced greatly by the water potential gradient.With the decrease in the water volume,a corresponding decrease of wheat plant height,inter-node length,ear length,leaf area,fresh and dry weight were observed during different growth period of winter wheat.The obvious influences on the wheat morphological index were noticed in 23 % and 13 % water content,but not in 18 % and 15 %.With the decrease in the water level,the flag leaf SOD and POD activities were increased during the seedling stage and jointing stage,but were increased at the first beginning and followed by the decrease in heading stage.The flag leaf SOD,POD activities with different water potential in heading stage were lower than that in the seedling and jointing stage.关键词
