摘要

Abstract

Response surface methodology(RSM) is applied to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from Hypecoum leptocarpum Hook.f.et Thoms.Based on single experiments,the concentration of ethanol,ratio of liquid to solid,and extraction time are selected for Box-Behnken central composite designing.RSM is employed to study the effect of these factors on the yield of total flavonoids.The results indicates that the optimal extraction conditions are 33∶1 mL/g as the ratio of liquid to solid,58% of aqueous ethanol,with 34.5 min extraction.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids is up to 1.525%.
