摘要

Abstract

Objective:We provided a theoretical basis for the regulatory mechanism of follicular development by investigating the dynamic expressions of TβR Ⅱ proteins and mRNA during early folliculogenesis in mouse ovaries.Method:Ovaries were collected from the healthy neonatal female mice at the age of 0,1,2,5,7,and 11 days.The expressions of TβR Ⅱ proteins and mRNA were detected and evaluated by immunohistochemistry and Real-time polymerase chain reaction respectively.Results:TβR Ⅱ proteins were expressed in the cytoplasm of oocytes within ovaries in different age stages.The highest intensity of TβR Ⅱ staining was present in germ cell cysts.Primordial follicles exhibited moderate staining,and the staining of TβR Ⅱ increased during the transition to in primary and secondary follicles.For granulosa cells,TβR Ⅱ expression was found to be primarily in the primary follicles and increased with follicular development.There was no significant difference in TβR Ⅱ mRNA level among the ovary tissues of 0,1 and 11 days(P>0.05).However,the ovarian TβR Ⅱ mRNA level during these periods was 2-fold higher than these of 2,5 and 7 days(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of TβR Ⅱ proteins and mRNA in mice ovary suggests that the TGF-β signaling pathway may play an important role during early folliculogenesis.
