食品中亚硝酸盐现场快速定量检测系统的研制
Development of Field Rapid Quantitative Detection System for Nitrite in Food
摘要
Abstract
A field rapid quantitative detection system for nitrite in food was developed.It consists of instrument,reagent kit,calibrator and operation procedure.The indication error and repeatability for wavelength,linearity,indication error and repeatability for analyzer,stability were discussed.The range of error of indication and repeatability for light source were -1.1 nm~6.2nm and 0.0~0.8nm respectively.The Absorbance is directly proportional to the concentration of nitrite and the linear regression equation was obtained with high correlation coefficient (0.9930~0.9955).The range of error of indication and repeatability for nitrite determination(40.0mg/kg)were-1.92%~-0.87% and 1.59%~2.00% respectively.The stability of instrument was-0.001Abs/h~0.002Abs/h.The detection system has been successfully applied to the determination of nitrite in food,and it costs only 30 minutes from sampling to reporting the test results.The results obtained by the proposed method are in good agreement with the results obtained by the national standard method.关键词
