摘要

Abstract

A new erythrocyte life span measuring instrument designed for anemia diagnosis was introduced.The instrument include three systems:gas circuit,electronic circuit and zero gas preparation.With the new technique such as zero gas preparation,special sample injection dispose and weak signal linear fidelity,etc,this instrument based on NDIR can achieve the measurement of a small quantity and low concentration CO.The 0.55 ppm,0.95 ppm and 1.20 ppm normal CO were measured by the instrument,it's found that the average errors are 0.036 ppm,0.038 ppm and 0.063 ppm,and precisions are 8.98%,4.68% and 5.10%,respectively.These results fulfilled the clinical need in erythrocyte life span measure.
