摘要
Abstract
An automatic test system (ATS) based on LabVIEW and the VXI bus is designed for a type of coding card in this paper.By few steps of manual operations,the ATS can generate all types of digital excitation signals by software,compare the digital output signals of the coding card under test which have beenread in PC with the desired data and evaluate whether the test result satisfies the corresponding requirements.The automatic test,inspection and analysis of the coding card are achieved through the ATS,which greatly raises the efficiency and reliability of related products inspection.关键词
