Abstract
Soil samples were pretreated by two digestion methods,including water bath digestion (WBS) and highpressure vessel digestion (HPVD),to investigate the effects of two digestion methods on precision and accuracy of determining As and Hg in soil.The results showed that HPVD having fast,accurate and simple features was superior to WBS.Besides,the recovery rate of HPVD ranged from 97.5% to 103.0%,and RSD was less than 1.9%.On the basis of HPVD method,the As content of two soil samples in Tibet were 8.56mg/kg and 12.3mg/kg while Hg content of that were 0.0230mg/ kg and 0.0383mg/kg,respectively.The method is well below Quality Standards of Soil Environment.关键词
