Measurement Size and Position of Spot in Terahertz Time-domain Spectroscopy System
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,we designed a set for terahertz time-domain spectroscopy to survey THz beam spot size and position,based on the original spectroscopy signal and terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system equipped with electromagnetic detection devices to measure the phase of the electromagnetic wave and the amplitude.The measurement device does not require auxiliary power supply,has a simple structure with low cost,easy to carry and fabrication,simple and practical for terahertz time-domain spectroscopy systems.More importantly,it provides an effective means to field correction and fast regulation for terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system.关键词
