Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of Her-2 gene in gastric cancer tissues,so as to explore the role of Her-2 in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.Methods The expression of Her-2 protein was determined with tissue microarray,immunohistochemistry(IHC) and FISH in 60 patients with gastric cancer.The relationship between Her-2 gene amplification and invasion,metastasis and prognosis of tumors were analyzed.Results The expression of Her-2 protein was significantly different among different differentiated degree of gastric cancer tissues.Her-2 protein was positively expressed in 43 cases accounted for 71.67％,in which 12 cases were weakly positive expressed(+),17 cases were moderately positive expressed(+ +),14 cases were strongly positive expressed(+ + +).Her-2 gene amplification of 7 cases with gastric cancer determined by FISH showed that 3 cases of IHC testing were strongly positive expressed(+ + +),3 cases were weakly to moderately positive expressed(+ ～ + +),1 cases was negatively expressed(-).Conclusion The expression of Her-2 protein are different among different differentiated degree of gastric cancer tissues.Her-2 as a tumor-related antigen,may play an important role in the incidence and development of gastric cancer.关键词
