Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between FIB-4 index and Child-Pugh classification in patients with HBV-related cirrhosis.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with HBV-related cirrhosis were restrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into three groups(group A,B,C) according to Child-Pugh classification.FIB-4 index were calculated based on age,levels of ALT and AST,platelet counts.The Spearman's rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between FIB-4 index and Child-Pugh classification.Results There was a significant difference in the FIB-4 index among group A,B and C(all P ＜0.01).The Spearman's rank correlation analysis demonstrated that the coefficient correlation between FIB-4 index and Child-Pugh classification was 0.817(P ＜0.01).Conclusion The FIB-4 index is closely conelated to Child-Pugh classification in patients with HBV-related cirrhosis.The FIB-4 index is a simple,objective and effective method for assessing the severity and prognosis of patients with HBV-related cirrhosis.关键词
