胃癌组织中Nodal蛋白表达及意义研究
Expression and significance of Nodal protein in human gastric carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of Nodal in normal gastric mucosa,chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG),intestinal metaplasia (IM),dysplasia (Dys),gastric carcinoma (GC),and to analyse the differences of their expressions,and to explore the relations to gastric carcinogensis and metastasis.Methods PV9000 immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Nodal protein in 135 gastric carcinomas,99 normal gastric mucosa,18 chronic atrophic gastritis,34 intestinal metaplasia and 4 dysplasia.Results The positive rate of Nodal expression was significantly higher in gastric carcinoma (GC) (69.6％) than in normal gastric (22.2％),chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) (33.3％),and in intestinal metaplasia (58.5％) higher than normal gastric mucosa,P ＜ 0.05.In TNM staging of gastric cancer,the positive rate of Nodal in gastric cancer of TNM Ⅳ(80.0％) was significantly higher than that in TNM Ⅲ (62.0％),P ＜0.05.Conclusion Our results indicated that Nodal may participate in the development,invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.关键词
