国产封堵器介入治疗室间隔缺损1002例分析
Interventional therapy for ventrical septal defect with domestic occluders:analysis of 1002 cases

Abstract
Objective To discuss the incidence,causes,prevention and management of complications associated with interventional therapy for ventrical septal defect (VSD) with domestic occluders.Methods One thousand and two patients with VSD were received interventional therapy.Intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed and followed up.All the patients were treated with domestic occluders.Results The total success rate of interventional therapy was 97.31％ (975/1002) and the complication incidence was 13.97％ (140/1002).There were 124 cases of cardiac complication,11 cases of vascular complications and 5 cases of other complications.The incidence of severe complications was 1.2％ (12/1002),including 5 cases of third degree atrioventricular block,3 cases of severe tricuspid regurgitation,1 case of occluder shedding,1 case of basal ganglia infarction and 2 cases of femoral arterial thrombosis.None of them died from relevant treatment.The follow-up time was 3-54 (averaged 28.3 ± 25.9) months.Conclusion Interventional therapy of VSD is safe and effective and the incidence of complication is low.Correct judgment before operation,accurate manipulation during operation and strict follow-up after operation are effective measures to decrease complications.关键词
