Abstract
Objective To discuss on the choice of 5 types of first surgical intervention for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by refractory uterine inertia.Methods Uterine cavity filling yarn,B-Lynch seise sutures,Cho suture,uterine artery embolization,and hysterectomy were firstly chosen for 59 cases of refractory patients with uterine atony of postpartum hemorrhage.Results The first successful hemostasis was achieved in 50 cases,with success rate of 84.75％.There were 14 successful cases in 17 cases of uterine cavity filling yarn,17 successful cases in 22 B-Lynch,8 successful cases in 9 Cho stitch,9 successful cases in 9 transcatheter arterial embolization,2 succeessful cases of 2 hysterectomy.There was no statistical significance among the successful rates of the 5 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion It has good hemostatic effection of the 5 types of first surgical intervention for intractable postpartum hemorrhage caused by refractory uterine inertia.But specific treatment plan should be made according to specific circumstances.关键词
