摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology for total flavonoids from the flowers of Camellia semiserrata.METHODS:The total flavonoids were extracted from the flowers with EtOH-H2O.The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with enthanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature and ratio of material to liquid as factor using yield of total flavonoids as index.RESULTS:The optimal extraction technology was as follows:20-fold 85 % ethanol,extracting 2 times at 95 ℃ for 3 hours.By this technology,the yield of total flavonoids was 1.52%.CONCLUSIONS:Optimized technology was reasonable and feasible,which can be applied for the extraction of total flavonoids from the flowers of C.semiserrata.
