Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of quercetin from Polygonum amplexicaule.METHODS:The extraction technology of quercetin from P.amplexicaule was optimized by orthogonal experiment using ethanol concentration,ethanol ratio,extracting time and extracting times as factors with the extraction rate of quercetin as index.RESULTS:The optimal extraction technology was as follows:8-folds of 70％ ethanol,extracting for 4 times,2 hours each time.CONCLUSIONS:The optimum technology is stable and feasible.It is suitable for the extraction of quercetin from P amplexicaule.关键词
