五倍子的HPLC指纹图谱研究
Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Galla Chinensis
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Galla Chinensis.METHODS:The separation was performed on Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,with mobile phase consisted of 1％ glacial acetic acid-methanol (gradient elution)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set 280 nm,and column temperature was 25 ℃.The systematic cluster analysis of 14 batches of samples was conducted with SPSS13.0 software; the similarity of them was evaluated using fingerprint similarity evaluation system.RESULTS:14 common peaks were identified using gallic acid as internal reference peak; among 14 batches,the similarity of 12 batches were more than 0.900 as recommended products; other 2 batches were lower than 0.900 as non-recommended products.It was same to the results of cluster analysis.CONCLUSIONS:Established method is sensitive,reproducible and specific,and can be used for the quality evaluation for Galla Chinensis.关键词
