我院中药师对1例H7N9禽流感患者的药学服务实践
Pharmaceutical Care for a Patient with H7N9 Avian Influenza by TCM Pharmacists in Our Hospital

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the experience of TCM pharmacist providing pharmaceutical care for a patient with H7N9 avian influenza in our hospital,and to explore the methods and approaches of TCM pharmacists playing their roles in emergency epidemic situation.METHODS:The methods and approaches of TCM pharmacists playing their roles in emergency epidemic situation were as follows:developing clinical service of TCM with professional knowledge; assisting physicians to choose drugs correctly; carrying out TCM dispensing and medicinal material guarantee; establishing drug records for inpatients and providing medication consultation; guaranteeing medication demands of patients.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Through the practice of pharmaceutical care for patient with H7N9 avian influenza,TCM pharmacists realize that the consistency of TCM theory,method,prescription and pharmacy can be guaranteed by mastering correct pathogenesis and developing standardized and correct dispensing so as to improve treatment and cure of the patients.关键词
