我院中药注射剂不合理用药处方分析

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinc.METHODS:5500 inpatient prescriptions including TCM injection were collected from our hospital during 2006-2011,and the application of TCM injection was analyzed statistically.RESULTS:There are 416 unreasonable prescriptions in 5500 prescriptions(7.56％)There were some problems in clinical use of TCM injection in our hospital,such as unreasonable selection of drugs,irrational solvent selection and dilution ratio,unreasonable drug combination,over-dosage and over-long course of treatment.CONCLUSIONS:Great importance should be paid to irrational use of TCM injections in our hospital.Medication analysis is of important significance to rational use of drugs in the clinic.关键词
