Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To improve the management level of national essential medicine and rational drug use in our hospital.METHODS:The utilization of national essential drugs in our hospital during 2010-2011 was analyzed and ranked statistically in respects of types,name,dosage form,consumption sum,application,etc.The affordability of top 10 drugs in the list of DDDs was evaluated.RESULTS:From 2010 to 2011,the consumption sum of national essential medicines in our hospital had increased on a small scale,accounting for 7.35％ and 8.03％ of total consumption sum,respectively.Types of essential medicines used accounted for 77.85％ and 83.39％ of the types of national essential medicines,respectively.Chemical drugs and biological product took up the great proportion,and Chinese patent medicines occupied the low proportion.Top 10 national essential medicines in the list of consumption sum mainly were chemical drugs and biological product,among which the anti-microbial drugs took up the first place,and quinolone and cephalosperin N were mostly used.The affordability of Nitroglycerin tablets and Yinhuang granules took up the first place among chemical medicines and Chinese patent medicine,while that of original drugs was weak.CONCLUSIONS:The clinical application of national essential medicines in our hospital ought to be further improved.The management of anti-microbial agents should be strengthened in the future,and related system should be formulated to promote the implementation of national essential medicine system in our hospital.关键词
