Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of ulinastatin for the treatment the pancreatitis.Methods 237 cases of pancreatitis treated in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2012 were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group(117 cases) received the conventional treatment,while the treatment group(120 cases) was given the intravenous injection of ulinastatin based on the conventional treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms alleviation time and urine amylase recovery time were compared between two groups,and the occurrence situation of adverse reactions was observed.Results The total effective rate was 82.05％ in the control group and 94.17％ in the treatment group,the difference between them was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The clinical symptoms alleviation time and the recovery time of blood and urine amylase in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).25 cases of gastrointestinal reactions occurred in the controlt group,but only 4 cases of gastrointestinal reactions were found in the treatment group,which the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin has significantly efficacy and less adverse reaction for the treatment of pancreatitis,which is worth being promoted in clinical practice.关键词
