摘要

Abstract

In view of the high BER (Bit Error Rate) caused by a variety of interference in the aeronautical communications,this paper proposes the multi-aircraft cooperative communication scheme for the case that a direct link does or doesn' t exist separately to improve the diversity gain in aeronautical channel.The proposed scheme could achieve high data rate,effectively resist multi-path fading,and expand the communication range in conditions of fixed airborne communication equipment modulation and constant transmission power.By analyzing whether there is a direct link for transmitting signals in VHF channel,we give both the amplify-and-forward and decode-and-forward cooperative communication mode based on the model of aeronautical channel.What's more,the maximum ratio combining method is utilized to improve the SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) at the receiving end.Simulation results show that the multi-aircraft DF has optimal performance of BER when direct link exists,and the multi-aircraft AF has optimal performance of BER when direct link does not exist,when the parameters of air-to-air and air-to-ground channels are given.
