窄谱UVB联合疗癣卡西甫丸治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察
Clinical observation on curative effects of NB-UVB combined with Liaoxuankaxifu pills in the treatment of psoriasis

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of NB-UVB combined with Liaoxuankaxifu pills in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods 95 cases were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group received both NB-UVB (three times a week) and Liaoxuankaxifu pills (10 g,two times a day),and the control group received only Liaoxuankaxifu pills (10 g,two times a day).The treatment period was 8 weeks.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 75.51％,and the control group was 52.17％.The difference between the two groups was significant (x 2=5.62,P＜0.05).Conclusion Treatment effect of NB-UVB combined with Liaoxuankaxifu pills in the treatment of psoriasis is significant and safe.关键词
