法洛四联症一期外科治疗
Early primary surgical treatment of tetralogy of fallot
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience in primary surgical therapy for tetralogy of fallot (TOF) and to investigate the related issues about early radical cure of TOF.Methods 24 patients surgically treated from January 2001 to January of 2009 in our hospital were selected,including 13 males and 11 females.All the patients were finally diagnosed by echocardiography before the surgery,and all the patients received primary surgery at low temperature and the support of extracorporeal circulation.Results Among the 24 patients with TOF,1 died of low cardiac output syndrome,and the others were cured and discharged.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of surgery for TOF is satisfactory,and preoperative correct diagnosis,correction of endocardiac abnormalities and perioperative correct treatment are the keys to decreasing death rate.关键词
