肾透明细胞癌膀胱转移1例报告并文献复习
One case of renal clear cell carcinoma with solitary urinary bladder metastasis and its literature review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features,possible transfer mechanisms,and treatment options of renal cell carcinoma with urinary bladder metastasis.Methods The detail of the clinical information of a renal cell carcinoma case with bladder metastasis was reported and the related literatures were reviewed.Result Urinary bladder metastasis of renal cell carcinoma is very rare.The metastasis occurring only in urinary bladder is rarer.Most of the bladder metastasises involve with other organs' metastasis.Conclusions Urinary bladder metastasis of renal cell carcinoma may be hematogenous,lymphatic,and intraluminal seeding as potential mechanism of metastasis.Renal cell carcinoma metastasis occurring only in urinary bladder should be treated with a surgery.关键词
