摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)in young and middle-aged patients.Methods The clinical data of 81 young and middle-aged patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by NSAIDs were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients,taking NSAIDs within two weeks,diagnosed by fecal occult blood and fiber gastroscope.18 cases(22.2％)complicated with abdominal pain.53 cases (65.4％)addicted to coffee or sour-spicy food.48 cases(59.3％)smoked.Conclusions Upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by NSAIDs in young and middle-aged people is occult onset and has mild clinical symptoms and unobvious signs.Clinicians and pharmacists should pay attention to it.关键词
