Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in preventing,diagnosing,and monitoring gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 200 women,21-30weeks pregnant and aged 19-40,were selected and then were divided into a normal pregnant group and a GDM group according to the new standard of IADPSG,100 for each group.FPG,OGTT,and HbA1c were determined in both groups,and their results were statistically analyzed and compared.Results FPG,OGTT,and HbA1c were obviously higher in the GDM group than in the control group,with statistical differences(P=0.000).The positive rate of HbA1c was 82.0％ in the GDM group and was 6.0％ in the control group,with a statistical difference(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions HbA1c has a very high positive rate in GDM.Determination of HbA1c,FPG,and OGTT has significant clinical value in GDM monitoring and treatment.关键词
