摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of B ultrasound combined with CT positioning percutaneous nephrolithotomy reno ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Method Retrospectively analyzed 108 patients with upper urinary tract calculi in our hospital from October 2011 to May 2013,who underwent B ultrasound combined with CT positioning percutaneous nephrolithotomy reno ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy,phase Ⅰ or Ⅱ gravel.Results There were 103 cases of successful phase Ⅰ puncture gravel,5 patients of whom required phase Ⅱ gravel; 5 cases turned to open surgery.There were no serious complications or death.Conclusions B ultrasound combined with CT guided percutaneous renal reno ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones is effective,with simple and feasible clinical percutaneous renal access,less trauma,less bleeding,thoroughly cleaned gravel,and less residual stones,without serious complications,worthy of clinical application.关键词
