我院门诊不合理用药处方分析
The analysis of irrational prescriptions in Outpatient Department of our hospital

Abstract
Objective To investigate irrational medicine use situation in outpatient prescriptions of our hospital,analyze reasons and put forward measures,in order to improve the level of clinical rational medicine use.Method Randomly chose 5627 outpatient prescriptions in 2012 for irrational prescriptions statistical analysis.Results There were 173 irrational prescriptions,accounting for 3.07％.Irrational medicine use mainly included irrational combined medication (46.82％),irrational usage (28.90％) and irrational medicine selection (24.28％).Conclusion Doctors,pharmacists and hospital management must make concomitance efforts to improve situation of irrational outpatient prescriptions and promote clinical rational medicine use.关键词
