The application of MCHC in monitoring abnormal blood routine specimens
摘要
Abstract
0bjeotive To discuss monitoring application of MCHC (mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration) in abnormal blood routine specimens.Method Tested MCHC of four abnormal blood routine specimens,namely lipemia,cold agglutination,jaundice and hemolysis,and blood routine specimens of normal people.And compared results.Result MCHC of four abnormal blood routine specimens,namely lipemia,cold agglutination,jaundice and hemolysis,were obviously higher than that of blood routine specimens of normal people.Conclusion We can find abnormal blood routine specimen status and provide accurate and reliable test results for clinic through monitoring MCHC of blood routine specimens.关键词
