摘要
Abstract
Cardiac development is a complicated process because of events like myocardium progenitor cell formation, migration and differentiation, heart tube formation, looping and chamber formation. GATA superfamily genes,NKX superfamily genes,NODAL,NOTCH, WNT,BMP signal pathways,and ISLl ,ACFCl ,DNAH,JAG are all participate in the process of cardiac development. Any perturbation in these processes will lead to the occurence of congenital heart disease.关键词
