Abstract
The adenine and uridine-rich elements(AREs) are found in the 3' untranslated region(3'-UTR) of certain messenger RNAs(mRNAs).AREs have been shown to decrease the stability of mRNAs in which they reside,they can also increase the stability of some mRNAs.ARE binding proteins (ARE-BPs) and the P38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway play important roles in regulating the stability of ARE-mRNAs.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) pathway may interact with AREs.关键词
