摘要
Abstract
Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) could induce apoptosis of mamy kinds of cell, that is relative closely with disease development. Calnexin, a kind of chaperon in endoplasmic reticulum, could modulate the apoptosis induced by ERS via several pathway invovling UPR, recruiting apoptosis-related factor and activating IRE1-JNK.关键词
